CANCELLATION NOTICE

​

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. A 50% deposit or credit card number is required for all appointments over $100 at the time of booking. Failure to provide us with timely notification or missed appointments will result in your deposit not being refunded.

LATE ARRIVAL

Your booking time and time allowance is strictly within the window of your booking. The period you are late will shorten the spa service time to accommodate for other clients booked on that day.

SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS

​

Only one discount can be used when purchasing treatments, products, and specials. Specials, promotions, and coupons can not be used in conjunction with one another, and can only be used separately.

COVID – 19 – GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

Gift Vouchers, memberships, and Treatment Plans will all receive an extended expiry date as well as treatment plans and memberships. The $ value of all vouchers though will be valid for 3 years.

GIFT VOUCHERS

​

A perfect gift for that special someone. Vouchers can be redeemed for services in the day spa. Gift Voucher can not be used for products in the gift shop. Full priced vouchers are valid for 1 year, monthly specials are valid for 1 month from the purchase date. Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
 

1. Redemption:

• Our spa vouchers are redeemable for any of our spa services up to the value indicated on the voucher.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

• Balance remaining on the voucher can be used for future spa services, but change will not be given if the service is less than the value of the voucher.

• Gift Voucher is redeemed with a booking, change in type of spa service or upgrades must be made prior to booking to ensure preparation of your spa service.

2. Expiration:

• Spa vouchers have an expiration date of 12 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be used or re-activated.

3. Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment made using a spa voucher, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a penalty of $50, which will be deducted from the voucher value.

• No-shows without prior cancellation will result in the full amount of the service being deducted from the voucher value.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

• Please treat your spa voucher as cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and they will not be replaced.

5. Transferability:

• Spa vouchers are fully transferable, but the person using the voucher must provide the voucher code or present the physical card at the time of service.

6. Refunds:

• Spa vouchers are non-refundable. However, they can be used to gift or exchange for services of equivalent value.

7. Privacy:

• Any personal data related to spa voucher purchases or use will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Modifications to Policy:

• We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in our spa and on our website. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to stay informed of any changes.

SPECIAL ONLINE PROMOTIONS

1 voucher per client, 1 treatment per client per year. Can not be used with any other offer or promotion. If multiple treatments are purchased the voucher $ value can be used towards another treatment, service or product purchase in store. Refunds are unavailable for incorrect choice or purchase. Vouchers are valid for 2 weeks.

GROUP BOOKINGS 

​

We only accept 4-5 for a group booking. The Royale Hammam Package is the only package available for group bookings. Full payment is required for a booking.

We generally do not recommend Moroccan Hammam for pregnant women.
